Purpose of Position:

Support the delivery of the Employee Experience map and a programme that mirrors the NJE Owner Experience and promotes a culture of accountability, respect and pride in our unique brand and company.

Execute an employer branding strategy, internally and externally, and implement tactics that position our brand as an employer of excellence by placing team members at the center of everything that we do.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the Employee Experience Map and Programme, by assisting the Employee Experience Manager in the following initiatives:

  • Collaborate as an editorial writer in the company's internal online websites, Apps, Business Update and Online Magazine editions.
Support the implementation of the Employer Branding Strategy, by assisting the Employee Experience Manager in the following initiatives:

  • Participate in initiatives that focus on awareness of our brand and company among potential recruitment prospects;
  • Liaise with top universities to promote internship programs and innovation hubs, products and events;
  • Deliver the annual plan for events and organize events to reinforce the employee pride in the company.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):

  • University degree in marketing and communications or human resources;
  • Preferential knowledge in Internal Marketing, Communications, and Luxury Brand Management;
  • Project management proven experience;
  • Strong brand ambassador with strong storytelling experience;
  • Selfdriven in a fastpaced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives;
  • Experience in high dimension and complex events management (~500 pax);
  • Experience in brand activation initiatives (internal and external);
  • Video and Photography production advanced skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel advanced skills, PowerPoint advanced skills);
  • KeyNote advanced skills;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
