    About the role

    The ERP Transformation Manager will directly influence Carrier's Digital transformation strategy by leading new ways of working and mentoring team members across the organization, he will lead a large team of experienced Digital Product Management professionals and individual contributors.

    The position entails leading a team, including external partners, and overseeing a transition from 20 ERP systems to one (SAP4HANA) in order to support our strategic shift of our organization.

    The ERP Transformation PM is responsible for overseeing these projects on a day-to-day basis and bringing together related streams of work into an aligned program and delivering a holistic solution.

    Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the entire ERP Digital product life cycle from planning to execution.
  • Research and analyses market conditions and identifies key trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.
  • Explore newly released ERP cloud features (S4HANA) in order to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement.
  • Leads multiple, global implementation teams consisting of internal and external resources
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end testing results and considers alternative processes, metrics, go to market and change management implications.
  • Determines product features and functions and managing product development.
  • Collaborates with business, rest of DT team and Shared Services to ensure IT compliance, security and Audit finding remediation.

  • Requirements :

  • Strong project management skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in large ERP transformation, within a complex organization
  • Experience in consultancy is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing and communicating software product strategies
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate high performing software teams
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solutions to business, products, and technical challenges.
