Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming supplier invoice documents;
Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
Create and update process documentation;
Liaise and Followup with colleagues in plants, purchasing and other Webasto teams to solve issues with invoices;
Vendor account maintenance;
Goods Receipt/Invoices Receipt analysis;
Management of queries/tickets from vendors and from internal customers.

Requirements:

Experience in accounting years), preferably in a shared service environment;
College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
Working experience with SAP FI, SAP S4 Hana experience is a plus;
Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
Language skills: fluent in English written and spoken;
Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
Ability to handle highvolume of data entry with high level of accuracy.
