    Remote policy: Partial remoteWe are looking for a LeadUX Designer to define and deliver new features, taking user research to create customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate and brainstorm clear ideas, concepts and designs for how our dashboards will function across multiple devices
    • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
    • Design and prototype a responsive and adaptive component library
    • Integrate with the design and front end development teams to deliver prototypes
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
    • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

    Main requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of UX Design experience
    • Prior experience as a design team lead
    • Portfolio
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with design systems/reusable component libraries
    • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma or Sketch is a must.
    • Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first, responsive design and accessibility.
    • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
    • Collaboration skills to work alongside design, research, and product partners
    • Fluent in English
    • Degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

    Nice to have

    • Experience in data visualization design as a Product Designer
    • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
