Your Profile :

Fluency in German, alongside proficient English skills

Your Responsibilities:

Offer technical support and consultation to Microsoft's business clients and partner companies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT professionals
Identify key processes and provide relevant feedback to other teams
Handle inquiries related to Microsoft software like Intune, Teams, SharePoint, or Office 365, utilizing your foundational knowledge of these platforms
