- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similar (preferencial);
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;
- Experiência com linguagem de programação Python;
- Experiência com algoritmos e estruturas de dados;
- Experiência com frameworks de ML (Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn);
- Experiência em um ou mais modelos IA, PNL, otimização, RL, séries temporais, modelos generativos, sinais, campos de reconhecimento de padrões;
- Experiência com API de serviço Web;
- Experiência em LLM, modelos text-to-speech e speech-to-text (preferencial);
- Experiência em RAG e RASA (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de matemática, nomeadamente em estatística, e Machine Learning;
- Fortes competências analíticas, quantitativas, de resolução de problemas;
- Atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de priorizar tarefas, de forma a cumprir prazos;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês.

Principais Tarefas:
Criação de um aplicativo de microsserviço que coloque dados em armazenamento de big data; Criação de um aplicativo de microsserviço que responda com saída JSON através API, a partir de um modelo de Machine Learning; Construção de modelos como texto de transcrição, análise de tom de voz, análise de expressão facial, análise de ritmo de digitação; Criação de modelos de IA usando métodos de filtragem, PNL e aprendizagem profunda para conjuntos de dados massivos de vários dados de um contact center de vários canais, como voz, e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, vídeo; Ajudar a impulsionar a otimização, os testes e as ferramentas para melhorar a qualidade dos dados.
