About the job

  • The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for contributing to the ongoing business and financial performance reviews of the Client Lines. The Performance Management Analyst will act as the lead P&L analyst for the client lines and their underlying core products, supporting the business management activities

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support in the provision of accurate and timely financial and management information to drive and assist decision making to include the analysis of Finance reporting, discussion with relevant locations/Departments to provide insightful commentary and context to the financial evolution of the segments and products
  • Generating P&L reports and other visualizations of performance data (using various reporting tools such as Powerpoint/Excel/Power Bi, among others) for the reporting of performance metrics and scorecards for the Client Lines
  • Work proactively in collaboration with finance teams and other relevant teams to get overall understanding of revenues & costs while ensuring the performance assumptions and expectations are being well taken into account in the requested Financial Projections. Support his Manager and the Global Head of Pricing & Performance under his/her for the respective Client Lines
  • Working with wider Performance management team to create efficiencies and synergies across Client line Performance management and support activities
  • Support specific adhoc analysis in close collaboration with cross functional teams to meet the organization needs in relation to Performance Management (e.g. business case analysis, client profitability analysis, product profitability analysis)
  • Ensures all performance reporting and analyses are complete, accurate, consistent and delivered in a timely manner
  • Monitor the Client Line domain in relation to Client Delivery activity to help optimize cost base across geographies
  • Support all Client Lines Heads (incl. in regions to ensure consistency in scorecard parameters and performance communication
  • Assure tracking P&L performance at the levels of segment, subsegments, client, Product & Solutions and geographies
  • Participate to proposing the client Line's financial ambition and steering progress versus objectives. Coordinate the Client Lines inputs into budget cycles. Guarantee the effectiveness of the Pricing Committees (methods, presentations, minutes, delegation thresholds, among others)
  • Contribute to maintain and produce benchmarks and challenge standard pricing catalogs accordingly
  • Support Client Line Business Management activities such as when necessary acting as central coordination point for the Segments

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced (B1-B2) English level
  • Knowledge in Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analytics
  • Knowledge in Finance and Budget
  • Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
  • Ability to deliver / Results driven
  • Proficiency in Models and pricing tools (Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Office pack Excel (formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint
