- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Support all phases of the human-centered design process, from developing a strategy and vision through to final product development
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs ( images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key partners
- Identify and solve UX problems ( responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesWhat You Bring / Skills, Capabilities
- Creative capabilities with visual design skills that brings customers on the journey through the mockup design.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools ( and InVision)
- Experience with UX in agile projects and common data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience and good knowledge in SQL, REST, and Test and query optimization as well as web development languages ( HTML, CSS, C#, ANGULER).
- Sound knowledge of usability engineering and interaction design methods.
- Experience collaborating and working with various stakeholders (eg software developers) within a matrix organization.
- Develop creative concepts with a passion for design, as well as setting high quality standards for your work with solid attention to detail.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Proficient with Postgres SQL, , .net, c-sharp and angular and practical experience with cloud services ( AWS).
- Experience with Authentication and Authorization ( SSO, Delegated Authentication, Account Provisioning, Identity and Access Management).
- Experience with test automation frameworks ( Cucumber, Selenium, Mockito)
