Your Main Activities Are

  • We are looking for an experienced manager to lead both local teams of our EQD Institutional Sales franchise: Premium Flow & Sales Assistant teams. In addition of the managerial part, the role will also encompass all the traditional activities of a Flow Sales position within Premium Flow
  • Leadership & Management
  • Manage 5/10 people and actively participate to recruitment & retention strategies
  • Brainstorm, pitch and implement local strategic development & franchise development
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with stakeholders
  • Build and leverage KPIs and reporting to monitoring the activity and its associated risk
  • Pricing & Execution of Client requests in Flow and ETF
  • Help the team reach its revenue targes
  • Communicate and negotiate with Clients to interpret the price request, understand the need, provide prices
  • Obtain price from Trading and give them feedback
  • Execute transactions
  • Post-Trade Tasks
  • Finalize booking of Traded deals
  • Interact with all of the internal stakeholders and clients regarding any traded deal
  • Pre-Trade Tasks
  • Develop understanding of client base
  • Tackle onboarding or recertification processes from business side
  • Complete trade approval process with necessary channels prior to initiating trade
  • Digitalization / Transformation
  • Continuously escalate feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow
  • Active contribution to the development of the Bank's tools to enhance pretrade as well as posttrade processes and systems
  • Responsible for suggesting and driving digitalization projects and implementing them in the day to day

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters Degree in Management, Finance, Economics
  • Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in Management, Finance, Economics
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)

About the Team

  • Premium Flow: The Lisbonbased EQD Flow Sales team (a.k.a Premium Flow) aims at delivering bestinclass execution and service to BNPP's Institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds ) on a wide variety of equity derivatives products. Sales staff cover clients across EMEA in a highspeed ultracompetitive environment. The team works in close collaboration with Solutions Sales throughout Europe
  • Within BNPP, the team spearheads business automation, with a specialty in electronic trading platforms. The team is structured around client regional/segment focus (Hedge Fund, Switzerland, Germany )
  • Flow? Flow business is centred around standardised, usually more straightforward products (vanilla options, futures ) that trade quickly and competitively
  • Institutional clients? Asset managers, hedge funds, private bankers, insurers
  • Sales Assistant: The Sales Assistant team is responsible of helping Salespersons promote the firm's brand, products and services to existing clients. They are in charge of some pre
- and post-trade tasks, namely booking trades and allocations, drafting documentation and coordinating with other teams and services (Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding ) to ensure that the entire value chain works smoothly
