‎Sea Logistics Sales Representative- Sea Logistics

The Sea Logistics Sales Executive plays an integral role within our teams and Local Customer Care Locations.

The primary objective of this position is to acquire new customers—particularly within the small and medium‑sized enterprise segment—and to drive new business development for both Full Container Load and Less‑than‑Container Load services.

How you create impact

Identify potential customers through internal and external sources, and reach out to them using all available communication channels.
Participate in virtual and in‑person meetings with prospective clients to build strong relationships and establish trust.
Transparently record the growth potential of assigned accounts and prospects in CRM system.
Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to meet both personal and company growth objectives.

Act as a consultant to customers by providing insights into the evolving sea freight market and developing integrated logistics solution.

Prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and pricing tools, and make pricing decisions aligned with the Manager of the Customer Care Location.

Support the implementation of new business and business expansions together with the Sea Logistics team in the Customer Care Location.

Conduct market research to assess potential opportunities and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
Monitor the development of transported volumes (booked, shipped, and invoiced) for sales visibility tools.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics companies or in similar roles.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and commercial management.
Advanced level of English.
