    Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB The Discovery team is looking for a Field Coordinator. This cross-functional Operations team helps execute our lesser-defined solutions.

    Discovery Field Coordinators work to not only deliver the ad-hoc studies successfully but also look for ways to develop best practices and ultimately scale them up for launch as new solutions with our clients.

    Field Coordinators facilitate data collection by consulting on high quality and efficient field practices, monitoring study progress and quota management, ultimately responsible for closing studies on time and with quality, representative data for the fielding market.? They also make sure to proactively maintain fielding budget margins for all of their projects.

    Qualified field coordinators would possess an ability to problem solve and be open to figuring out executional steps when there is no set path.

    Interest in exploring new operational processes and tools is also needed.

    DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES To function as a fielding expert when working directly with commercial teams, while working collaboratively with other Operations and BASES teams.

    Be the first point of contact for fielding issues on their studies including troubleshooting and providing guidance on next steps.

    Communicate clearly and effectively across all teams, serving as a liaison outside of the Field Coordination team. Consult with teams across Operations and commercial to address broader project or client issues as needed. Work directly with vendor partners to assess project issues.

    Shows a strong ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams globally and outside of the Field Coordination role.

    Partners with Commercial and other Operations members to scope projects effectively which could include:
    finding accurate incidence rates, consulting on placement/recovery rates, ensuring the fielding budget accounts for all project specs. Document any best practice findings for new solutions and develop those into training decks, one-pagers, checklists, etc. Dry run any new service documentation/best practices with applicable Operations team members to gather feedback and insights. Launch any new standard processes to applicable Operations teams (host trainings, buddying on projects, developing FAQ documents, etc.).

    REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree; Preferably 1 year in the market research industry (holding role as project coordinator, project manager or equivalent); Fluent in English; Analytical skills (proficiency in Excel and/or SPSS); Digital Fluency and comfortable with technology; Excellent communication skills, creativity; Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail; Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; Effective at building strong relationships with commercial and other teams outside of Field Coordination; Agile - Open and willing to change direction, scope, and requirements to achieve an ever-evolving goal set.
