As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in developing the product strategy for the Sales vertical. You will develop and oversee product roadmaps and feature sets based on group strategy and vision.

Cross-functionality is inherent in this role; you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, finance and executive teams to deliver features to market as well as create and deliver on top of the business opportunities.

The process includes the definition of the problem, its validation, design and delivery of the solution.

Product Managers are the ones who talk to prospects and customers, gather data, and make decisions based on the data.


In this role, you will:


  • Driving activation, engagement and retention of the sales teams by continuously delivering the most impactful crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Owning the customer experience of the sales teams vertical
  • Collaborate with members of engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams and our customers to take the product to market quickly, iterate and learn to improve solution and ensure we get product market fit
  • Manage multiple channels of product inputs including support, customer feedback, sales teams enhancement requests and vision and being able to prioritize the most impactful work keeping customers in mind
  • Develop, manage and communicate your roadmap aligned with strategic business and product vision
  • Validate ideas and solutions with customers, customer success, and sales teams
  • Define and analyze metrics and track the performance of new features and their effect on key product metrics and your team's KPIs
  • Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories
  • Manage prioritization and tradeoffs among customer experience, performance and business needs
  • Create buyin for the product vision both internally with product teams and with key crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Drive product/feature launches
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

About you:


  • Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experience and helping companies worldwide to solve their efficiency pains
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Scrum & Agilebased B2B SaaS product management experience
  • Can work independently with mínimal direction while being a great team player
  • Experience with funnel analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Embraces ambiguity, prioritizes efficiently, communicates early and directly, and ultimately gets the job done
  • Smart decisionmaker, proactive leader for the team that stays kind and curious
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
