Our company is undergoing an exciting phase of rebranding and merging two companies (we are certification bodies in food safety and organic food certification), and we are seeking a creative and skilled Video Creator.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Execute Video Content:

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the rebranding objectives.
• Develop creative concepts for video content that align with the new brand identity.
• Execute endtoend video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and postproduction.

Brand Alignment:

• Ensure that all video content adheres to the new brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual consistency across all video assets.

Storytelling and Messaging:

• Craft compelling and cohesive narratives that effectively communicate the rebranding story.
• Implement messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience and showcase the brand's values.

Multi-Platform Optimization:

• Tailor video content for various platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on video trends and best practices for different social media channels.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and align video content with overall marketing strategies.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Quality Control:

• Ensure highquality production standards for all video content.
• Review and approve final edits before publishing to ensure accuracy and excellence.

Deadline Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict timelines.
• Proactively communicate any potential delays and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Creator or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and styles.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to translate it into video content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
