We are recruiting a Learning Specialist (f/m/d) for a temporary replacement position.

Benefits:

Employment contract with Kelly Services;
Base salary + Meal allowance;

Location:
Lisbon.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What tasks does this role involve?

Formulate learning and curriculum strategies tailored to the organization's objectives while ensuring alignment with business priorities and the broader global learning landscape;
Create and execute learning initiatives and resources aimed at cultivating futureoriented skills, even in instances where these skills are not clearly defined;
Collaborate with the Learning Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Europe to stay uptodate on emerging learning trends, global programs, business learning focal points, and learning pathways;
Develop partnerships with Learning CoEs and business units to design and roll out learning solutions that provide localized needs, particularly in terms of capability enhancement and leadership development;
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors providing learning assets, and oversee their performance. Support the process of vendor selection and contract negotiation, engaging our client's Learning and Procurement resources as necessary.

What qualifications should you have?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role. Experience in consulting and IT sectors (preferable);
Excellent problemsolving, communication, and project management skills;
Understanding of organizational complexity;
Interest in change and ability to quickly adapt to new environments;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
Knowledge of Spanish (preferable).
