Currently, we are on the lookout for fresh talent to join us in the role of New Leads Qualification within the B2B Market.


Key requirements:


  • Experience in a Contact Center environment in qualifying leads, and/or sales services with support for corporate clients;
  • Experience in qualification and filling procedural requirements (not mandatory);
  • Strong negotiation skills among business decisionmakers;
  • Research skills;
  • High capacity for learning and argumentation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Persistence, dynamism, and proactivity;
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and meeting Targets;

If you are who we are looking for, your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting the Associates Program and Portfolio of our client;
  • Proceeding with lead qualification through gathering information about companies (e.g., Name, Location, Number of Employees, CAE, Investment Programs, Provided Services, etc.);
  • Presenting the conditions of our campaigns for registration;
  • Attracting new qualified leads to be further handled by the external sales team;
  • Being a detailoriented collaborator with top performance;
  • Ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
