A highly specialized beauty salon THE FACE ONLY is looking for an administrator.

If you prefer aesthetic treatments, massages, non-invasive hardware techniques.

If you love organic and effective cosmetics, and are interested in the latest technologies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of the salon's operations: organizing client interactions according to the company's rules, client database analytics, scheduling appointments, consultation, hosting clients, client management: calling, followup.
Analysis, monitoring, and sales forecasting of products and services.
Carrying out the necessary orders of professional and retail products, managing inventorying management, ordering, inventory, dispensing professional cosmetics for work.
Ensuring compliance with technical and sanitaryhygienic standards, fire safety.
Conducting marketing activities to attract new clients and promote the salon, crosspromotion.
Visual merchandising, selecting new products for retail.

REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary / higher education
Work experience strictly from 1 year in sales, beauty industry, premiumlevel salons, or aesthetic medicine clinics
Proficient in PC usage (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Languages: English is a must, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Russian is an advantage
