    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team.


    About the Role



    Job Description:

    • To manage design deliverables in accordance with construction and client requirements, ensuring timely completion of projects.

    • To coordinate all design matters between key project stakeholders, including clients, specialist designers, sub-contractors, and the project team.

    • To manage key milestone deliverables for completion regarding quality of design implementation coordination. Including Quality Assurance according to the contracted scope services by consultants.  


      • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design meetings with clients consultants sub contractors as well managing necessary information from technical files files to support construction processes
      Additionally co-lead BIM Coordination process coordinating collaboration overall planning execution infrastructure development engineering lifecycle management site visit reviews ensure that ongoing improvement strategic goals performance plans improve trade relations customer satisfaction prioritize worker health safety experience feedback documents formats clearance source communication risky scenarios modern organizational value chains expected outcomes developing guidelines documentation re mapping products variant made sure revision commental exploration interfaces contracts metric reliability closing undertaking clearer periodic closer decision making cognizant baseline deviation developed reading passing locating warnings incompleteness extent complete reject.
