YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS / /
- Develop digital campaigns around brand awareness and employer brand to strengthen the new GENII brand.
- Develop content, support brand development and communication activities.
- Define KPIs and OKRs for digital activities and campaigns.
- Use social media marketing tools and engage with customers and followers.
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained, as well as SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management,

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:
- Experience as a digital, or social marketing manager, or a similar role.
- Experience in creating social and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Glassdoor.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- German language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-orientated, organized and able to multitask.
- Critical thinking.
- Data and KPIs are not scary words for you.
- Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly, along with the confidence to fail and learn fast.
- And the most important: Passion.
