    Description du poste :

    We are seeking a Senior Lead Data Scientist who is passionate about utilizing their technical expertise to cure diseases and make a real difference in the medical field. Our ideal candidate thrives in working in a human-sized company and is looking for technical challenges to advance their career.

    Responsibilities:

    Spearheading R&D teams and leading the design of ML pipelines that integrate data collection, structuration, and provide clinically validated outcomes.
    - Managing research projects, including project scoping, literature review, data collection, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
    - Communicating project updates and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
    - Promoting research work through scientific communication and publication writing.

    Requirements:

    Strong background in machine learning and deep learning applied to medical imaging, with experience in image classification, segmentation, or detection using Tensorflow/Keras frameworks.
    - Experience in scientific writing and publications in ML/DL.
    - Project management skills with experience leading a team and working collaboratively with other departments and clinicians.
    - Experience in data collection and structuration, as well as MLOps.
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in English is a must.
