Are you a German speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment?
Vertente Humana is currently recruiting
Swiss German speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.

Tasks:

Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues;
Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

Who you are:

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Swiss German;
Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;
Good computer and internet skills;
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented;
Flexibility and resilience.

Location:
Work at home - North of Portugal or Work on site - Braga

Schedule:
Monday to Friday am to 17 pm and Saturday am to 12.00pm

Days Off:
Sunday + 1 rotational day
