Project Manager 365

  • We are seeking an experienced project manager with a track record of successful M365 program and rollout implementations. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closing of M365 projects across our organization.
    Responsibilities
  • Manage the endtoend project life cycle, including scope definition, project planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including project team members, business owners, IT, and external vendors.
  • Manage change requests and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are adjusted accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Conduct postproject evaluations to measure project success, identify areas for improvement, and share lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in a related field (Networking, Software Development, Database Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing M365 projects, including rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and adoption initiatives.
  • Indepth knowledge of M365 products, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
