CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN LISBON/PORTUGAL

FLUENT PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH (C1/C2)

Description

Main activities:

Ensure alignment with business goals, resource optimization, project prioritization, performance monitoring, risk management, financial analysis and continuous improvement of IT project management practice.

Must-have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience as an
IT Portfolio Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of
IT projects;:
Strong understanding of IT project management agile methodologies;
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions;
Exceptional communication skills;
Experience in financial analysis and budget management related to IT projects;
Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-have:

Project Management related certifications.

Top skills:

Portfolio planning and strategy, project prioritization and selection, resource allocation (budget, staff), risk management, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.

Location:

Lisbon (hybrid: 2x per week in the office)
