    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead the market in Netherlands. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for strategic development, sales growth, and overall management of the company's activities in the Dutch market.

    KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
    - Development Strategy: Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
    - Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
    - Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
    - Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.
    - Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
    - Launch Management: Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams.
    - Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Strong understanding of the Dutch market and sector trends.
    - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
    - Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer
    - Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity and ambition
    - Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true start-up, agile environment with early responsibility for key decision-making

    EDUCATION:
    - Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
    - Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
