A Snapshot of Your Day

In a typical day in our team, you support the proper maintenance and development of our closing and reporting tools, performing analysis, check our processes quality through our SAP systems and related API's.

Within your day you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide, from different cultures and nationalities.

You will need to save some time to participate in our digitalization projects applied to financial processes and support SAP S4 and Fiori transition.

How You'll Make an Impact

Guiding the monthly closing and reporting process.
Ensure optimized usage of Blackline Smart Close enabling full potential in closing and reporting automation, data validations, notifications, execution of internal controls.
Perform controls to ensure quality of our accounting processes, e.g. R2R.
Provide support on CO data maintenance and Chart of Accounts governance.
Be active part on reorganization and M&A projects, including data migration.
Support digitalization initiatives.

What You Bring

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.
At least 3 year's experience in Financial Processes, Accounting, reporting and closing.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.
Able to work in a changing environment, to learn on the job.
Fluent in English (mandatory) and one other language (preferred Portuguese).
Strong SAP skills (must have), Blackline Smart Close (highly appreciated).

The Finance Process and System is a team who support the transformation of the SE organization into a lean and digitalize company worldwide which actively participates on complex projects (e.g. S/4Hana transition, Fiori, digitalization tools).
