A Fed Finance, empresa de Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente, especializada em Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, pretende recrutar um Finance and Administration Manager F/M, para uma Multinacional cotada na Euronext Stock Market. Procuramos um profissional empático e flexível com grande capacidade analítica, boa comunicação e dinamismo, para intergrar um grupo de renome. Oportunidade baseada em Lisboa Norte com regime de teletrabalho 2 dias por semana.

A SUA POSIÇÃO:

Managing a Team of 5 persons, your key responsabilities will be:

  • Build, validate and submit Group monthly reporting according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and monthly activity reporting
  • In charge of alignment of local and group reporting
  • Approve annual statutory report and tax preparation
  • Perform Tax returns, review other statutory taxes and compliance for correctness
  • Perform analysis and comments of activity and results to the General Management (accuracy of data, respect of deadline, commercial reporting)
  • In conjunction with General Manager assist in controlling costs and margin and identify actions on trade business...
  • Manage the budget process, and analyze monthly variances
  • Investments follow up (Return on Investments) in conjunction with Executive Management
  • Treasury management, cash flow requirement evaluation and bank terms and conditions negotiation and follow up in conjunction with Executive Management
Being responsible for the day to day HR matters with the support of the international HR Manager:

  • Employees budget management (headcount, salary ), payroll management
  • HR processes & reporting : enhances motivation and efficiency of the teams
  • Being accountable of group guidelines with the support of the HR HQ team

O SEU PERFIL:


  • Possess or show the ability to manage monthly and annual reporting and planning processes
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and understanding (IFRS)
  • Show commercial mindset with the ability to partner with sales & operational staff to drive the performance of the business
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to manage nonfinancial stakeholder relationships where you will challenge and advise as necessary
  • Fluent in English
