Descrição Work directly with SAP project manager from Leica headquarters in order to manage and accomplish milestones and defined goalsDevelop and execute end-to-end project management activities in the SAP conversion from ECC 6.0 to SAP4HANA in the companyAlign project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependenciesMonitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reportingMitigate risks as defined in the project planManage all change requests, validate budget/schedule impacts, obtain stakeholder commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Perfil ideal University degree in Economics, Finance, Management or Engineering;PMO certification will be an advantage;Proven experience in at least 2 projects, as project leader, implementing SAP conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP4HANA (end-to-end) on an industrial environment (as consultant or internal);Strong knowledge and experience in a managerial role, leading teams to deliver SAP project implementations.

Advanced level of English written and spoken is mandatory - German will be an advantage;Strong capacity for planning and organization;Good leadership and team management skills;Good analytical skills;Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
