AGILE SCRUM MASTER (HYBRID PORTUGAL)

Portuguese company hires for remote/hybrid work

FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH (C1/C2)

Description

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for overseeing the Agile development process and ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects within the Banking Sector.

MUST HAVE / SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects, preferably within the banking sector; Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications;
Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and practices;
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
Fluent French and English (mandatory).

NICE TO HAVE:

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills;
Mid/senior profile
