Kelly Services is currently recruiting a
Learning & Development Manager for a client located in Lisbon.

The role of the Manager - HR Talent and L&D Service Delivery is to implement, optimize, direct, manage and continuously improve the delivery of Talent and L&D Administration services.

Responsabilities:

Implementing, Testing and Stabilising Talent and L&D Service Delivery;
Building and leading a team of Talent and L&D Administration Service Delivery experts in one of our network of global delivery centres, leading the recruitment, induction, training and service testing of our new team;
Team Leadership, Motivation and Direction;
Attract, develop, retain and motivate Talent and L&D service delivery team members supporting a great employee value proposition that makes us an employer of choice in the markets in which we operate;
Service Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement;
Lead the delivery of agreed Talent and L&D services in a reliable, consistent and compliant manner, adhering to and demonstrating compliance with key controls and working with other service delivery team leads to balance resources against demand whenever needed.

Requirements:

Wellestablishedandrecentexperience in Talentand L&D ServiceDelivery, including a proventrackrecordofleadingandimplementingcontinuousimprovementinitiativeswithdemonstrableoutcomes in thisarea;
An ability to pay close attention to detail will be critical to your success in this role;
Internationaldeliveryexperience, withanappreciationandunderstandingof cultural differencesbetweendiversecultureswillbeessential.
Minimal travel required outside of the location of your team;
A proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.
