- verify the quality of the products when it is being delivered (vegetables & fruits, especially, etc), and check the invoices as well;
- clean and storage the ingredients in a well manner, following the HACCP rules;
- prepare and taste the ingredients, according to our recipes and training, ensuring its quality;
- label each prepared ingredient with its name, date of preparation and expiration date and store it properly;
- prepare pizza dough, when needed, ensuring the right fermentation process;
- prepare and bake pizzas, following our method of work;
- when needed, take over the delivery activities (Uber), finalizing the orders and plating/ packaging it to be served or delivered, guaranteeing a high-quality product;
- maintain all utensils and cooking equipment clean, as well as, using them properly;
- monitor inventory of ingredients;
- support, when needed, new team members; MANDATORY requirements:
- at least 12 months experience in similar function;
- ability to follow standardized recipes;
- English or Portuguese speaker - B2 level at least. Conditions:
- 40 hours per week, 2 days off
