Porto Metropolitan Area

Responsibilities:

Real estate sales
Establish and maintain longlasting relationships with customers and partners
Offer personalized advice to highend clients in the luxury real estate market
Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the luxury real estate sector in Portugal
Develop unique marketing strategies for prestigious properties.
Active daily use of CRM software

Requirements:

Proven experience in the luxury real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Careful apresentation
Strategic vision and ability to offer a personalized service
Knowledge of the local real estate market
Driver ́s license and own vehicle (preferably)
Speaks fluent English, other languages are a _plus_
Integrate the values of the company (Trust, Integrity, Stability and Longevity)
