In the role of a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a vital pillar for our clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver top-tier support, catering to a diverse range of clients.

Tasks

  • Backing and broadening the selfservice advertising options available to SMB clients within the online and digital advertising sphere
  • Supplying assistance both before and after sales for all selfservice offerings;
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by offering guidance on products and tools usage
  • Recognizing patterns and addressing challenges encountered by multiple SMB clients
  • Conveying essential customerderived insights and feedback regarding products to the engineering team

Requirements:


  • Fluent in language and working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Sense of responsibility
