The Role
As a
Team Lead within the Health & Benefits line of business, you will contribute to clients' benefits strategy through the management of a team involved in several activities to support our international benefits offerings including:

  • Represent H&B with onshore stakeholders
  • Coordinate the placement of benefits for our clients in key international markets
  • Work with Process Leads and teams for the oversight of the daytoday operations to ensure compliance with the agreed KPIs and KPIs
  • Provide metrics and reports (as required) to management and stakeholders
  • Project Management oversight
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to build stakeholders' confidence
  • Work with the Process Lead to perform reviews for team deliverables
  • Responsible for Quality reporting of the process team with the stakeholders
  • Participate in efforts for workforce efficiency and productivity with the Process Lead
  • Carry out Team & People Management responsibilities, including:
  • Day to day operations oversight (workload and capacity assessment; workload allocation)
  • Conduct regular catchup sessions with stakeholders on H&B performance and challenges
  • Discuss reports for issues, concerns, and potential risks with management and stakeholders
  • Ensure the process team has a skillset to support clients, including tracking of skillset matrix
  • Conduct monthly business review reporting with the stakeholders and management
  • Support ongoing transition and expansion of new work into the team, including overseeing and coordinating with the H&B PMO for process creation and documentation for new clients or markets

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience dealing with health and welfare plans, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm and/or insurance company.
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead role with the ability to manage a team workload effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Italian and English
  • Well organized with strong conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid client relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive collaboration with a global team and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with data entry, validation, and manipulation will be a plus.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
