Job Purpose:


The Global HR Operations at COFCO International is the HR Centre of Excellence responsible for implementing, aligning, operating, and improving our Global HR systems, processes, and data to ensure seamless downstream business practices and intelligence.

As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will help our HR community to enable effective decision-making based on the right information.

You will be especially taking a key role in the global Headcount Planning process and global Compensation processes and supporting the Global HR Operations and overall HR organization with expert knowledge and skills in SuccessFactors Reporting, People Analytics and WFA.


Responsibilities:


  • Collect and compiles HR metrics and data from various sources, including SuccessFactors.
  • Provide insights utilizing human capital and other data to enable better business decisions through presentations, collaboration, and with the use of various analytic/visual tools and techniques.
  • Understanding and safeguarding data standards, developing data quality reports, conducting root cause analysis and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Ensuring people & organizational data standards are observed. Monitoring data quality and triggers actions for improvement. Reviewing and improving data standards.
  • Create effective, scalable, and easytounderstand reporting solutions (dashboards, etc.) to promote shared understanding and consensus, enable timely decisionmaking, and effectively align business activities with corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure the design and implementation of people analytics and reporting solutions (including policies, processes, and tools) and monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of people processes.
  • Lead the annual Headcount Planning, ensuring the design and implementation of Workforce Planning solutions (including processes and tools) and monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of the process.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle process globally, including bonuses and salary reviews. Facilitate the reconciliation of data and materials for compensation reviews. Implement internal controls to ensure high data accuracy and compliance.
  • Promote selfservice HR reporting by ensuring adequate support for HR data customers to collect and analyze HR data.
  • Provide adhoc analysis and reporting as needed to support HR and business needs.
  • Identify and recommends reasonable short
- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.


Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in defining, driving, and communicating data standards. Experience in HR Data migration programmes, including collection and standardization. Proven track record in HR data management. SAP SuccessFactors reporting and data migration expertise, mínimally Employee Central. Knowledge of SAC for Planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

Skills:


  • Advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, Visual Basic) is fundamental.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • MS Power BI, Quick Sense or other reporting tools knowledge is desirable.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify core issues, and investigate, evaluate, and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions.
  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus.
