    The Mission

    We are selecting a specialized nurse to join the private medical entourage of a high-profile VIP family aboard a 100m+ superyacht. Your primary responsibility is the 1:1 supervision and clinical care of an 80-year-old Principal.

    This role combines clinical vigilance with a lifestyle of exploration. As the vessel navigates the Mediterranean summer season, you will be onboard for visits to Mallorca, Marbella, and the French Riviera, ensuring the Principal receives seamless medical support while at sea and in port.

    The Team

    You will operate within a tiered medical structure designed to prevent burnout and ensure clinical excellence:

    • Oversight: Direct reporting line to a Lead British Doctor.

    • Multidisciplinary: Working alongside dedicated Physiotherapists.

    • Schedule: A structured Double-Nurse Shift System guarantees you have defined off-duty hours to rest and enjoy the vessel's locations.

    The Process

    • Phase 1: CV & Qualification Review.

    • Phase 2: Video Online Interview (Can be completed remotely from Lisbon).

    • Phase 3: Flight to the vessel for embarkation.



    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Education: Western-standard Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

    • Experience: 4+ years in high-pressure Acute Care environments (ICU, ER/A&E, or Trauma).

    • Language: Native or C1 English is strictly required.

    • Profile: A calm professional capable of adapting hospital-grade standards to a private maritime environment.
