descrição da função/job description
Rever diariamente os conteúdos que estão a ser inseridos, no CMS, pelos diferentes departamentos, realizando testes de QA;
Planear a publicação de conteúdos no Portal e Apps mobile, criados pelos diferentes departamentos e definir ações claras para os objetivos definidos no planeamento geral;
Antecipar todas as possíveis dificuldades e interagir com os diferentes departamentos, encontrando alternativas e soluções;
Ajustar a estratégia quando necessário, assegurando que os conteúdos são publicados conforme planeados.
Trabalhar na evolução constante dos produtos Portal e Apps Mobile, de forma a garantir que os produtos apresentam designs agradáveis e que proporcionam uma boa usabilidade, garantido a execução do backlog dentro dos prazos definidos;
Atuar como cliente através da validação do produto durante todo o processo de desenvolvimento;
Recuperar informações de campo sobre novos mercados;
Estudos de mercado.
requisitos/requirements
Licenciatura em Engenharia de Software, Informática, Multimédia, Tecnologias da Informação ou equivalente
Conhecimentos de utilização de CMS em geral;
Capacidade de análise para medir a eficácia dos materiais digitais criados;
Conhecimentos sólidos em tecnologias Web;
Conhecimentos de UX/UI Design, para avaliar a boa execução dos conteúdos;
Raciocínio crítico e de resolução de problemas;
Excelente comunicação e competências interpessoais;
Experiência mínima de 3 anos.
