• Act as Workday ambassadors to promote Workday.
• Support Workday end users by answering to their queries on time and at the appropriate level of quality.
• Guide end users to help them resolve difficulties by themselves.
• Document cases resolution and close cases according to established procedures.
• Facilitate enduser training on specific topics or campaigns.
• Take part in communicating on Workday features, tips & tricks, and campaigns on a weekly basis through various channels.
• Continuously develop the required technical skills and behaviors to deliver at the highest standard.
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
• Knowledge of English and two other European languages (mandatory).
