- Discover and analyze PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system and create suitable solution approaches;
- Identify and realize improvements within the Workday PRISM;
- Support further Workday Prism country rollouts;
- Data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting;
- Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team;
- Build Solution Design and Implement Change Requests including IT-Testing and Deployment;
- Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs);
- Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.
- 3+ Years General knowledge across all Workday modules;
- 2+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients;
- Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have);
- Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday
- PRISM setup which includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards;
- Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape;
- Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
- Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics.
