    We're looking for a General Administrative and Sales Support Officer to join our Country Portugal Team in Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal.

    As a General Administrative and Sales Support Officer you'll be responsible for main administrative and sales support activities, reporting directly to the company key executives.

    What you'll do

  • You will act as first line contact to our customers and suppliers, by answering and routing telephone calls and receiving, routing and answering the company's general e-mail account
  • You will be responsible of receiving clients, suppliers and other visitors, recording entries and exits from Signify premises
  • You will take on local key user responsibility of some platforms and key administrative process
  • You will also manage the general correspondence filing, registration of incoming physical invoices, sending and receiving mails and parcels via transportation partners.
  • You will control parcels kept in Signify storage room, as well as control of archived documentation
  • You will also learn, support and take the lead on the the analytics side of the sales process and development of actionable data needed for sales success
  • Your qualifications

  • Experience in back-office functions with connection and understanding of sales process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suit, specially Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), with good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and activities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
  • Creative mindset and the ability to identify areas for process improvement
  • Analytical and rational thinking with willingness to learn new areas
  • Experience at understanding complex set-ups and the impact from making different decisions,
  • Experience in working with ERP (SAP), Configit and CRM (SFDC) platforms is a plus
