OPERATIONS
In Operations, you'll be part of the team that turns dreams into reality. You'll have the opportunity to amaze customers and be revolutionary - "Todos Juntos".

Our team consists of all exciting fields of Operations including Fulfilment, Delivery, Supply Chain Design and Operations Strategy.

We are truly global, with strong presence in all global regions including Porto, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment.

THE ROLE

As part of the Logistics department, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver an unrivalled experience to our customers all around the world.

This role will provide you a deep understanding of the latest trends in e-commerce supply chain operations, international trade and B2C customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be passionate about the optimization of processes and a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency;
Strong background in data analysis and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights;
Develop dashboards and reports ensuring its correct communication to all involved stakeholders;
Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring Delivery performance metrics and project related analysis are channeled through the business;
Be a key player in multidisciplinary, end2end project teams in order to address new logistics needs and continuous improvement projects;
Be the owner of Delivery performance data and lead the development of tools and KPIs that will support the improvement of customer and partner experience e.g. excel files, google sheets, BI dashboards or machine learning services;
Identify, simulate the impact and propose creative solutions to improve service levels and costs savings;
Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to address new delivery needs and continuous improvement projects;
Work with internal customers and external suppliers worldwide in order to address new and existing needs.

WHO YOU ARE

Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines;
High learnability skills, flexibility and resilience to work in a fast paced environment;
A professional with excellent strategic thinking and customer oriented mindset;
Ability to think critically and creatively;
Proactive and detailoriented;
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or other relevant degree;
Proficiency in Excel (Excel Google sheets is a plus) and SQL language (Big Query is a plus) is mandatory;
Proficiency in Reporting tools (Looker is a plus);
Fluent English is mandatory;
Being passionate about ecommerce and technology is a plus;
Knowledge about B2B is a plus.
