DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities
- Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies
- Develops process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools
- Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root causes
- Mentor the team on the use of audit tools and systems
- Deliver trainings to the team on new or changing policies as well as refresher trainings on existing policy on an asneeded basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English and German
- Minimum 1 year of experience within an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis
- Experience/Training in Content Moderation
- Strong functional experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, charts, statistical functions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical with strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decisionmaking
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
