WHAT IS COMMERCE?
At Mercedes-, our E-Commerce team focus specifically on the purchasing phase of the customer journey and is dedicated to providing a seamless and luxurious digital sales experience for our customers around the world.
Our cloud-based SAP Commerce platform serves as the technological core of our online sales solutions, which we design, operate, and maintain.
With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our program helps Mercedes-Benz stay ahead of the automotive industry, providing customers with the best possible digital buying experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Moderate scrum meetings and workshops inside and outside the agile teams.
- Help to create interfaces to other teams in order to exploit crossteam synergies and thus increase the speed of product development.
- Support your teams by recognising and removing obstacles early on
- As a Scrum Master you live and breathe agile principles Accompany our crossfunctional working teams on their way in some cases also in setting up or implementing agile processes
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
- At least 3 years of experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- To have a solid understanding of state of the art software development
- To be in contact with others, you are strong in communication and have good moderation and coaching skills
- You are solutionoriented, you organize yourself and you are always ready to find new and creative approaches
