We are looking for a Outsystems Senior Engagement Manager to join our team

Qualifications/Key Skills:

3+ years of experience in technical project management or product ownership;
Comfortable with and experienced in all aspects of the software development life cycle;
Verifiable experience using Agile Methodologies;
Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills;
Comfortable and confident in decision making and facilitating project negotiations;
High level of creativity and ability to thinkoutofthebox;
Handson experience as a product owner or business analyst with experience managing a backlog and writing user stories;
Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the client relationship from start to finish throughout the project;
Engage with client teams to assess, and as needed, adapt OutSystems Agile delivery methodology to best meet client needs and ensure project success
Manage the product backlog and advocate on behalf of the customer; translate customer business needs into welldefined user stories
Facilitate communication between the business and the technical team according to project needs
Lead globally distributed teams to ensure teamwork, commitment and expectations are aligned;
Ensure strong program management practices, managing the budget, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface;
Assist in scoping projects, framing issues for clients, writing proposals, onboarding team members, and managing daytoday project activities;
Facilitate and participate in analysis and quality control
Provide coaching for client teams in the areas of agile delivery and backlog management via workshops or project delivery.

We are looking for an Outsystems Senior Engagement Manager to join our team in Lisbon The Engagement Manager role will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform through an agile approach.

This role will coordinate with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with the development team to deliver a solution which meets the customer's needs.
