How will You Contribute and Drive Success?

Strategic Leadership: Lead and exemplify best practices in business development. Strategically position Unit4 within target verticals, ensuring successful outreach and engagement with target personas.
Collaborative Excellence: Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments for cohesive strategy execution, especially in preevent outreach and followup.
Performance Management: Monitor and review team performance, providing structured feedback and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and best practice sharing
Progressive Leadership: Support the onboarding of new team members and drive the professional growth of the team, leading by example in achieving personal and team targets.

Qualifications
What Skills and Experience Do We Seek?

Experience: 3+ year in business development, lead generation, or sales. Experience in SaaS or Tech industries is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English and effective communication across multiple channels.
Market Understanding: Indepth knowledge of the target market and sales processes.
