The Senior Analyst in the Loan Trading Middle Office is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the trade support function for syndicated loan products.

Responsibilities
- Providing mentorship strategic guidance and support to junior team members to enhance overall team efficiency ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards procedures
- Proactively identifying training needs within the team designing or delivering targeted training sessions to address knowledge gaps promote continuous professional growth
- Remaining current with all LMA documentation updates industry developments communicating relevant changes innovations promptly effectively leading knowledge sharing initiatives presenting specialized topics such as CLOs warehousing solutions new concepts relevant syndicated loan trading industry during monthly meetings elevate collective expertise performance group proactively share best practices team members suggest participate lead projects aimed improving processes technological advancements operational changes provide high level operational support Sales Trading desks ensuring accurate trade booking front back process integrity act senior escalation point production issues managing risk across operations manage transactions multiple platforms ensure accurate trade allocation validation reconciliation confirmation take active role process reviews strategic initiatives enhancing trade support functions driving continuous improvement
