Customer characterization:


Our client is a reference brand in the Contact Centers and BPO sector, and is looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT IN NORWEGIAN (M/F) to reinforce its team in the Lisbon region.


Description of functions:


  • Norwegian market customer support;

Requirements:


  • Fluency in the Norwegian language;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Experience in customer service and support;
  • Residence in mainland Portugal;
  • Availability to work rotating hours from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with a fixed day off on Sunday and another rotating day off.
