Adecco Recruitment is looking for Product Development Manager (M/F) to be part of the New Product Development team of our client Startup Home Ecosystem with a focus on businesses related to Home.

Product development plays an essential part in the process to define, design, build, test, and deliver the product.


Responsabilities

  • This includes identifying market needs, conceptualizing the product, building the product roadmap, launching the product, and collecting feedback.
  • New product development (NPD) is a core part of product design. The process doesn't end until the product life cycle is over. You can continue to collect user feedback and iterate on new versions by enhancing or adding new features.
  • Product development unites every area, including design, operation, manufacturing, marketing, UI/UX, and more.
  • Bring the product to life through the materialization of concepts and ideas.
  • Test the product/service in a controlled environment to learn and adapt fast.
  • Develop marketing approach and prepare the launch of the product/service into the market
  • Social and negotiation skills to identify and manage potential partners, securing viable and stable partnerships.
  • Ability to interact with a multitude of stakeholders (internal and external) with a focus on delivering these value propositions without forgetting of potential synergies with the structure/business.

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in relevant areas, project management, business administration, marketing/strategic or marketing, design
  • Relevant experience in product development, product design, sales, marketing, and/or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
  • Previous experience in startup culture (considered a plus)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and other languages (Spanish or French is considered a plus);
  • Able and willing to work in an international environment.
