    In the context of the development of a Center of Excellence focused on Costs by Nature controlling activities, Airbus is looking for a senior financial controller to recruit in the Airbus Global Business Services organisation.

    The jobholder will be in charge of Controlling activities focused around Costs by Nature (Personnel Costs, External Costs, etc).

    He/She will be in charge of all financial matters related to the following perimeter:

    Driving & supporting key Finance processes (operative planning, forecasts, closing)
    Providing clear, comprehensive and accurate financial data and guidance, and supporting decision making
    Manage & drumbeat CbN tool loading (SAP Analytics Cloud)
    Liaising with different stakeholders (Controlling, Accounting, HR) to provide accurate analysis and meaningful storylines
    Answer any ad-hoc request to help the overall performance of the company

    He/She will be responsible for the following tasks:
    Planning Define, Drumbeat and Consolidate planning processes for the controlling CbN network.
    Ensure stakeholder alignment, data quality and consistency.
    Ensure circularity of costs by nature with level of activities within Airbus

    Reporting Pre-digest closing data via SAP Analytics Cloud, and compare performance both in a quantitative and qualitative perspective against budgets and targets in order to highlight discrepancies as well as risks & opportunities.

    Act as a Business Intelligence focal point by performing data analytics tasks.
    Identify and Analyze relevant KPI's

    Other:
    Identify competitiveness measures through benchmarking of costs across Airbus functions
    Share best practices across Airbus functions for the Controlling community

    Requirements - our ideal candidate will have: Business Management education in Finance or other related fields
    Basic knowledge of Accounting / Controlling
    Talent for agile, reliable data management
    Deliverable-driven, able to work with short deadlines
    Good analytical skills with an ability to switch from big picture to detailed view
    Problem-solver
    Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business
    Able to look at performance / sustainability on short-/mid-/long-term solutions
    Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context and maintaining a broad network within the Finance and HR functions
    Ethics and compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality (e.g., Procurement process, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc)
    English is a must; knowledge of French / German / Spanish would be a plus
    Full mastery of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
