Main Accountabilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar;
- Significant experience in industry, particularly in production management. Experience in the aeronautical
- Knowledge of industrial processes, mainly CNC machining;
- Capacity for analysis and decisionmaking;
- Leadership ability and able to establish strong interpersonal relationships;
- Proactive and dynamic attitude;
- Willingness to learn, collaborative spirit, and a team player;
Languages:

- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Basic/intermediate level of French (would be valued).
The following activities (not limited to) are foreseen:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Plan UAP activities in consultation with team leaders;
- Coordinating UAP activities with the dedicated team (logistics, control, methods, configuration management)
- Ensuring the availability of production equipment (in collaboration with Maintenance);
- Managing staff (discipline, training, transfers, appraisals, remuneration, etc.);
- Promoting communication within the UAP;
- Informing the Operations Director about the UAP's activities (reports);
- Proposing and implementing improvement actions;
- Drawing up the operating budget and respecting the allocated budget lines;
- Complying with the objectives for fixed assets in stock and work in progress, implementing the necessary
