We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department.

What do you do in a day?

  • Contact customers in order to obtain the necessary information to proceed with the release of the goods with Customs
  • Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role
  • Assist team leaders and the team in routine department tasks.
What do we expect from you?

  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Good command of the Portuguese language (written and spoken)
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree
  • Basic computer knowledge from the user's perspective

  • Hours: 08:00 16:00, Monday to Friday
