IT Systems Administrator to join our team at our
Porto, Portugal office.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management.

With 400 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an
IT Systems Administrator to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to the
Manager, IT Systems Administration, the
IT Systems Administrator will be a member of a team supporting 1WorldSync's corporate network and systems.

This person will maintain 1WorldSync's IT systems to meet the needs of the business.

Areas of responsibility include the support and maintenance of network components connecting 1WorldSync Office locations and data centers, the support and administration of productivity tools including Google Workspace and Atlassian Cloud, and the oversight of endpoint laptop and mobile device endpoint management solutions.

As
IT Systems Administrator at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

Complete support requests regarding IT Help, Google Workspace and Atlassian Cloud
Configure laptops and troubleshoot end user laptop issues
Complete end user support requests to ensure staff productivity
Complete project work and participate in IT initiatives
Administer Google Workspace Environment
Administer Atlassian Cloud Environment
Maintain IPSec tunnels and VPN connections
Monitor network systems and control access to networks and components
Utilize endpoint device management tools
Provide documentation, track KPIs, and maintain report of systems
Follow and participate in security initiatives as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree and experience
2+ years experience in Network or IT administration
Comfortable with English written and spoken

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience configuring and administering network components including switches, routers, and Next Gen Firewalls. Palo Alto and\or Cisco Meraki experience a plus.
Experience working with cloud networking and data center interconnectivity; experience with Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS preferred
Experience setting up and maintaining VPN / IPSec tunnels
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Experience with Google Workspace administration or Atlassian Cloud administration
Able to work independently
Expertise with OSI model and troubleshooting techniques based on that model
Network Security Knowledge and experience with IPS, IDS, and URL Filtering

Additional Details:

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Porto, Portugal office location.
This position requires up to 5% travel.
